At our core, we’re a dedicated team of engineers, data scientists, and supply chain experts who believe in the transformative power of AI for supply chain applications. Our journey began during the peak of the pandemic in 2020 when we identified critical inefficiencies and vulnerabilities within procurement workflows—specifically, the lack of visibility and coordination between buyers and suppliers post-order. To our surprise, trillions of dollars of global trade were managed on long email chains and spreadsheets through a ‘messy inbox.’

Initially, we focused on digitizing this workflow through buyer-supplier portals, but eight months before the broader emergence of AI agents in Jan 2025, we strategically pivoted into a pure-play AI agent company leveraging large language models as the new enabling capability for automation. It worked. This pivot finally solved the problem, confirming our vision that intelligent AI assistants were the future of procurement automation.

In 2025, a new defence and security architecture is emerging, forcing UK and European nations to rapidly increase spending in response to geopolitical threats.
